USPS First-Class Mail® International Letter costs $0.98. Can I drop it into a USPS mailbox with a stamps value of $1.32?
I’m tired to stay in a line every time for this 1 dollar. Is that OK if I stick 3 stamps by 44 cents on the envelope and drop this envelope into any USPS mailbox?
